1. Traffic Information Services

TrafficCast China collects and analyzes traffic data, and then packages and sells a variety of data products and services to private and public consumers including municipal traffic managers; fire, rescue, and police services; taxi and bus companies; truck fleets; internet firms; and television, radio, and cellular phone operators and users. Public-sector customers, such as municipal authorities responsible for managing traffic in congested downtown areas, will be able to utilize TrafficCast China 's data products and services to analyze congestion and to adjust traffic patterns. TrafficCast China 's data products also will assist municipal fire, security, and rescue squads with responding to emergencies and other civil requirements by the most efficient routes possible. Private companies, such as taxi and bus operators, and trucking firms, will utilize TrafficCast China 's data to manage their fleets more efficiently, decreasing point-to-point transportation times, improving reliability, and ultimately allowing fleet managers to lower labor, fuel, and other operating costs. Media companies, especially radio and television, also are major target customers for TrafficCast China, and will employ TrafficCast China 's products to provide current and predicted traffic status to listeners and viewers. Through wholesale purchases of data products from TrafficCast China, wireless carriers will provide individual consumers with TrafficCast China 's data to manage their commutes or to avoid traffic bottlenecks.

As near term focus of the Company, TrafficCast China provides the following types of Mobile Based Traffic Information Services:

Ⅰ ) WAP Service: The cell phone subscribers can obtain the updated and predictive traffic information through the cell phone browser.

Ⅱ ) SMS: Subscribers can receive real time traffic information via text messages.

Ⅲ ) Interactive Service: The subscribers can receive customized traffic information from servers using cell phones based on their own preferences.

Ⅳ ) MMS: Subscribers can receive dynamic traffic maps through MMS.

Ⅴ ) Emergency Service: Offer emergency services through the provision of location-based services to the wireless devices.

In particular, the Service Contents provided by Mobile Based Traffic Information Service include:

•  Speed Map: color-coded maps that illustrate real-time speeds (for example, red representing 0 -10 km/h and green representing 60 km/h or above);

•  Incident Report: Provision of a text report on incident, construction, or special event;

•  Route Travel Time: journey time from point A to point B;

•  Dynamic Route Plans: routes suggested based on real-time and predictive traffic conditions before the journey;

•  Dynamic Route Guidance: en-route turn-by-turn navigation based on real-time and predictive traffic conditions; and

•  Transit Information: bus schedule and arrival time, transfer information at terminal.

2. Location Based Services

LBS services can be stratified into two categories of services: “finder” and “find me” applications. Finder services allow subscribers to find things that are nearby. Hot, relevant content is what drives this kind of services. The newer category, Find Me application, let the user see a map showing their location. This group of application is starting to take off. On the horizon are some exciting new services including: driving directions, roadside assist, personal safety, “find the nearest” services with branded content, locate me, friend finder and child tracker. TrafficCast China collects location-sensitive and time-sensitive data, integrates such data with digital map, and packages and sells a variety of information products and services to private and public consumers, including cellular phone operators, internet firms, and end users.

3. Telematics Support Services

One of TrafficCast China 's objectives is to support a consistent and nationwide coverage, which enables the fast deployment of telematics in China. TrafficCast China will provide a variety of customized services, including virtual advisor services. Virtual advisor services include hands-free, voice-activated, location-based traffic and weather reports, news, sports and financial reports, e-mail, branded content, entertainments, etc.

4. Technology Design and Consulting Services

TrafficCast China can provide consulting and design for projects in ITS, planning, traffic engineering that depend on the firm's traffic data.

5. Integrated Map and Traffic Solution

TrafficCast China can provide server-based solution for providing dynamic navigation and location-based services.
